I am using flash agent to edit my psp. is there a better flashing programme available?

i want to be able to change:
Loading Icon - system_plugin_fg.rco
In XMB sounds - system_plugins.rco
Game Load/Corrupt Data Icon - Game_plugin.rco
Photo Load/Corrupt Icon - Photo_plugin.rco
Movie Load/Currupt Icon - msvideo_plugin.rco
Savedata Load/Corrupt Icon - savedata_plugin.rco
About This PSP - sysconf_plugin.rco
Music Progress Bar - system_plugin.rco

i dont think flash agent supports the above and i cant find or see another flashing programme other then xflash and it doesnt support 3.10oe-a it just boot you off when you try and use it....

connect ur psp to ur comp via usb, turn off ur psp and go to recovery mode, go to advanced options-toggle usb flash0. then u can just replace whatever u want instead of using a prog
