Hi There, I am having problems burning xbox360 games, the problem is i am burning using img burn i have set the layer break , when the burn gets to 52 percent the buffer and the speed slows down and then starts to write at a slow rate at 0.2*, the problem is when i burn the second time its seeems to get past this with some write retries, any ideas as i am having to use 2 blanks for 1 game.
I use img burn set at 2.4 with the layer break, the drive im using is the pioneer drive, the files i use come in 2 .dvd and .iso but mostly use the .iso to burn it. The blanks im using are infiniti 360 DVD+Rl, seems weird though the first time i mke backup it gets to 52 percent then so many write retries without the write rate speeding up
but when i burn second time i get couple write retrys then the write rate speeds up, Thnks for fast reply.
I have the Xbox 360 reading drive but i mainly using downloads, the final files are 2, 1 is .dvd the other is .iso, i burn the iso file, here is the log tht im getting

Burn the .DVD file, NOT the ISO file (I know its a small file but trust me you will see what happens - burns the ISO as well)
Use CDClone if possble, I find it way easier to use.
I am not sure if those infinity disks are your problem - you should try verbatims. According to your media id reported in that last post of yours it says ricohd01 - this media id is asscoiated with thrid class media and is not recommended for any type of archival use. I suggest using the first class verbatim media.
