Labels/Disk art possible for my backups?

Like the title says, are labels/disk art possible for my backup disks?

I understand they need to expand (the disks) as they get hotter and hotter, do they make expandable dvd labels? If so, can someone link me please.

Also, would laser art work? Like they do on real DVD and CD's? Does anyone know of any store or person in or around NYC who could do it for me? Thanks for any help guys :)

I been using memorex cd labels for 4+ years on all my cd and dvd including xbox backups with no problems.

WIth your 360 backups? Because someone else said that they had a lot of problems with them. Hmmm

Three viable options here:

1. paper adhesive labels as stated above...not recommended.
2. Lightscribe, you need a LS enabled burner and special discs for this.
3. Buy an Epson R series printer that is capable of printing directly to disc...requires special discs as well.

1. You can never get them perfectly centered, creating a wobble.
2. Over time...heating and cooling, the glue will crack and the label will come off.
3. excessive handling leaves them looking ratty.
