PSP cant go online!:(HELP!!

I mean, it scans my wireless router connection perfect at 100% and seems to be working good. I typed in the WEP code and put all the correct information in(IP address,etc.) but when I go to test connection or to connect, it says "the attempt to obtain the ip address timed out". I dunno what to do!!:(!! Does it help that Im running on 3.03 OE-C??

did it work when you was using the sony corp firmware

i wonder if u have changed the SSID name. ive encountered this once and thats because i changed the SSID name which i shouldnt

yea but if he would of change the access point name wouldnt it prompt him to also change the wep or to put security at all
