Hello my problem is simply... My Comp is hella laggy ;(

It has been like this for a wile it really starts to chug when I
run something like winamp music is just unlistenable as well as vids
are impossible to play.. CPU 100% load.. :/ coursor hangs like every 5 secs for a half sec -______-;;;;

I used to be able to have PS winamp utorrent and FEAR up at same time
No lag so apparently something wrong...
I
t sucks because it lags out so bad i cant even back up data dvd in Nero i fail 4/5 DVDs turn into coasters so i cant even format..

Obtained a more simple data burn now that actually works cuz of non cpuhog I know I have a few things from key gens prolly hanging around
but I dont think thats it..

I have used webroot , Spybot , trendmicro , nod32 I think
I can hardly even do them they take like a full day -___-

Any help is welcome and appreciated... ;) Also if anayone has tips
on sticking XP on a flash drive or partitioning a HDD without reformatting or something i can do to keep my data and get back fresh
tips are welcome also :D
