ok im sorry im just so mad and upset

Im running 3.0.3 OE everything was fine
I put in GTA:LCS in my psp and when it loaded up it froze my psp
now when I turn on my psp i get a black screen buti can still boot into recovery

So your trying to run this off a UMD, or an ISO? And you cant fully boot back into the Operating System? Sounds like you partially bricked it and may have to do a recovery.
