1-My laptop was infected with proxy.small, the anti-spyware detected iand
cleaned, but after rebooting the proxy.small starts again...
2-So i wanted to clean it in safe mode.. my PC wouldn't start in safe
mode, the blue screen if death appeared shortly and the PC restarts again.
3-It was working fine in normal mode, untill i changed the settings in MSCONFIG to boot in safemode ( My BIG MISTAKE) simply...now it is not working ..the blue
screen crash ...

How and which file to edit in registry folder as I can access it through linux bootable cd.
