i was wondering after u converted it into mp4 how do u put it into ur psp?

On your memory stick, if you don't already have the following two folders, just create them and dump your videos in there (assuming you have the videos in the correct .mp4 format already)

On the root of the memory stick, there should be a folder called "MP_ROOT" and within that a sub-folder called "100MNV01".
