I just downgraded my psp v2.0-1.5-303oec. Now I want to help my friend downgrading 2.71-1.5-303oec. As I understand I need to get downhelper from 1.5 user. Is there any way to downgrade 303oec to 1.5 again?

Did you read the File Description inside the link I gave you?

I'm pretty sure the one you linked is just for Recovery Back to 1.5 from the Recovery Menu after You've Semi-Bricked you PSP. either should get you back to 1.5
