since u can go to any of the two from 1.5
im trying to find out what would best

the main reason is to run psx
but does one do that better?

or does one have more to give then the other?

I always preferred XMB customization over the newer features. It's a more personalized PSP experience that way. Ultimately, it's up to you. I have not heard the compatability is greater w/ 3.10 tho.

3.10 OE-A has a few bugs as far as custimization goes..plus ive heard of a few ppl having issues with psx games on 3.10....
