Best Compression Settings in 7zip?

What settings should I do to compress a file the most? I am using a program called 7zip.
These are the settings. If I chose a certain compression method, the Dictionary Sizes and Word Sizes to chose from are different.



What Archive Format, Compression Level, Compression Method, Dictionary Size, and Word Size should I chose to make the archive the most compressed? Should I check the boxes next to "Create Solid Archive" and "Multi-Threading"?
