Hello,

I'm sure this has been asked before but is there any program that will help my wife edit our home movie clips, allowing her to remove individual time sequences from each clip

Please let me know,

If your on a PC there's Moviemaker included with XP, vista too, i believe.
An inexpensive alternative is magix movie edit pro, link.
Goes for under 100USD.
