when i put the psx eboot.pbp and key.bins onmy mem stick it will find it in the games folder on the psp then when i try to load it up it says i need to activate the system why and how do i do that if possible. if any use its hot shot golf 2 which i downloaded of bittorrent

You can run PSX games you brought from the Sony Online store, but not ones you got from torrents.
