devhook bricked my psp a long time ago somehow my cousin was playing it then it turned off on him and wen i turned it on again it turned on as a brick. Now i looked into the memmory card and there is a couple of readme's and reboot.bin's there.

please please please can someone look through this (the devhook folder in the root of the memmory) and tell me if there is anyway of me starting it up again. http://rapidshare.com/files/23387344/dh.rar

Thanks to anyone who can help, i really appreciate it.

Devhook doesn't brick your PSP. Devhook has got functions that can modify the flash and if you do follow the instructions it should have been fine.

So possibly your cousin bricked it and said it was devhook's fault or he mucked around during a flash function.

OK, turn the PSP off until the green light goes out. Then take the UMD disc out (If any), the memory stick out, and the battery out. Keep them out for about 30 minutes then put the memory stick and the battery back in and boot the PSP up and see if it works.
