Hi, new here as have an av sender which says has ir in for remote control, but can't get the dbox nokia remote to work on receiver end

the remote signal goes to the av sender as it flashes but nothing else

(have the total control av sender from argos)

do you have to set it on second tv/receiver setup?

or anyone know an av sender that you already use the dbox remote with?

any replies would be appreciated!
