Test drive unlimited DNAS

I am having trouble with test drive unlimited. When I patch the game with the dnas id and burn the image, the disc wont boot. But when I just copy the unpatched image it boots. Any help please. Patched loads of games before and no trouble.

Im also having problems with this game I an get it to patch using windip and boot but it keeps failing at the dnas check. What SLES version is it and what are the last 6 digits of the dnas code.
