I am trying to create dvd on TMPGEnc Dvd Author using files created by other application PVRconv. This is a program to transfer shows recored on digital video recorder from satellite TV. It creates two audio and video files. TMPGEnc flags me that the bitrate of 15000 kbps is too high and will result non standard dvd format. The bitrate should be below 9600 kbps for standard dvd.

Also the video GOP is too long. Maximum 36 fields(18 frames NTSC format), 30 fields(15 frames Pal format).

Is there a way to fix these two things? Please advise.
