What kind of anti-malware programs do you have? Do you have Spybot Search&Destroy and Ad-Aware SE Personel? If not, would you please download them both, update them, and then run them individualy in safe mode. Also, please download CCleaner from here: www.majorgeeks.com and then run it (It doesnt matter if you're in normal or safe mode.)
