Hi,
When I try to use Shrink I'm now getting an error message "Shrink has encountered an error and cannot continue. Failed to read file "D:\". What is this all about and can I fix it? My computer: Vista Home-Premium. Thanks.

There are lots of DVDs that the Shrink decryption software is too obsolete to work with. Try ripping the files with the free DVDFab Decrypter and see if Shrink will work okay with those files.
