Looking for a Resource Extractor

I want to get at some files from a resource file. The extension is .rsc, and within that resource file, are files stored in it, for a specific program.

I have found resource extractors that will take .exe and extract images and icons from it. Is there a resource extractor that will open any file type and let you just pull all the contents out of it, regardless of what kind of file it is?
