it ain't like this before

First,in games both umd/back-up umd(iso's) sometimes hangs,sometimes don't load

for example the fight night round 3(iso),it works perfectly before,,but
when i started to cuztomize things,some things don't work properly as they should.( i know i don't got a bad iso coz i already played that game)

when i customized my psp (Xmb and stuffs)
Freed my Flash0 1mb
when i install custom firmware extender 1.2
and when my free space (mem stick) down to 15-20mb

This happens,,hangs,don't go to (home) hangs in "please wait screen"

then i tried to get back to normal xmb(but still freed my flash0)
then i uninstall and deleted custom firmware extender
then i free up my mem stick space like 1000mb or more

still hangs,,,but it load now,but when i play 'play now' it hangs in there,,it still play music,,but about a minute or so it hangs,
don't know how fix these things

give me some help and idea how to fix this kind of things,
