I'm sorry if this has been asked, maybe I'm a bad searcher but I havn't been able to come up with anything solid.

Are there any chips or methods to play imported backups online, without changing your machine ID. Or at least an easy method of doing it, since I have no way of getting a legal machine id (at least I don't think it is legal to use someone else's machine ID)

Just if you need to know, I have a version 2 PS2, and want to play an EU game online from NA. Thanks for any help

Or, if I must change the Machine ID, is it even possible to get a PS2 in Europe that would have a compatible Machine ID with the v2 systems?

you cant in any way play imports online on different system ps2 and on different local area connection.
