memory stick pro duo or pro duo high speed?

I have a pro duo 4 gb and the games that I download, especially the ones over 1gb, are choppy or freeze. My 1 gb high speed works great. Should I be using pro duo high speed instead? thinking about buy a 2 or 4 gb pro duo high speed stick.

high speed is better because it is high speed. However they cost more

just dont buy from ebay and buy sandisk memory sticks they are as good as the sony memory sticks and less expensive
