That makes no sence ??? there is no 3.30oe-c yet theres not even a 3.30oe-a?? Are you sure you dont meen 3.03oe-c? Any way if your psp is version 3.XX-oe or any other custom firmware you can play isos on your psp ???? WATCHU TALKIN BOUT WILLIS?

no you do not need devhook to run games on oe firmware just format the mem stick it will create iso and game 150 folders game150 is for homebrew ISO is for cso/iso files
