To download games you need to have a reliable source for torrents.

Programs needed on your computer:
1. Azureus
2. WinZIP or WinRAR

Stuff needed for psp:
1. Custom firmware (not any of the sony updates/firmwares)
2. USB cable

you have to downgrade 2.8 to 1.5 then upgrade to a CUSTOM fw i think 3.03.
