Hi,

1- Is DevHook writing to internal FLASH. Is there any chance of BRICKING while installing, using or removing DevHook????

2- What is FLASH 1 ans what is FLASH 0..???

There is always a Risk when flashing anything, from official psp updates, to da's custom firmware.
Flash0 is the main flash file system and Flash1 Is the reserve, i think
Get custom firmware and you wont need devhook

Devhook does not necessarily write to your flash, but there is an option to, this is mainly just to save mem stick space.

But as he said, just use a custom firmware, wayyyyyyy easier, and, in some ways (with recovery mode and all) safer.
