Can you please tell me if i can downgrade. i have a fw. 3.03, and the umd says the mother board is IC1003. can i downgrade with this informations.

3.03 downgrader patches all mobos, it doesnt matter what mobo u have....

ok so I already have GTA LCS but i wanna knw if its the right on(unpatched).. When i put it in my psp, then go to the GAME then the PSP UPDATE it comes up playin the music and shows the picture but it says its a PSP UPDATE 2.60. but when i look at the disk the code is "Manufactured in USA ULUS 10041. UPDL 010050. Is this the right UNPATCH GTA Liberty City Storys????
