And which custom ware out of these is better ?

you gotta give us ome info what firmware do you have you can check this by going to system settings--system info

yeah man, we need to kno what kind of helo it is that you need, if we give you help to downgrade a 2.8 regular mobo, and u have a 2.71 ta-082 mobo... your gonna give us hell :P
