I need to recover my PSP so i can play PSP games again!!Help!

My PSP is now 3.03 OE-C,
and it's quite a while i didn't play any PSP games.
And i've been Modding quite a lot of stuff.

And until today, when i place a ISO/CSO game in the ISO folder,
It appears on my XMB and the thumbnail can also be seen.
But when i launch it, The gameboot passes and then
Blackout for a moment.....then appear back to the XMB
and says that:
The game could not be started.(80020321)

I've also tried changing the kernel,
and tried both 3.03 and 1.5 kernel but still doesn't work.
It's NOT a bad rip cause i knew many of u guys would say that.
+I've tested on a few of my ISO/CSOs that worked last time.

So now if u have any ways to recover my PSP so that i can play my Games again....
or
i must recoveer my PSP from 3.03 OE-C back to 1.5
and then back to 3.03 OE-C again.

Pls Help...:(

have u tried putting ur umd on when loading the game? if no put it in....
