Does the X360 with Xtreme firmware 5.2 work well with DVD+R Rewritable media?

I have a spindle of 50 and I wonder if I can use them for my Xbox 1 backup?

yes, fw 5.2 for samsung. but only selcted games which is a few. most use DVD9 (DVD+RDL)

Are you sure that most Xbox 1 games are dual layer games?

Yeah it seems the other way around to me. I never tried using RWs, but I've made A LOT of Xbox 1 backups myself and most of them were DVD-5.

those are kind of useless u can only use for xbox 1 xtreme backups and like 5 or so xbox 360 games.

I do know for a fact that it will play movies on DVD+R rw's... so I don't see why it wouldn't play games.

This is incorrect, most Xbox 1 games are DVD5. I've burned over 100 Xbox 1 games in the past and nearly all of them were DVD5, theres only a few that are DVD9 such as Ninja Gainden Black and only a couple others I believe.
