im also having a problem because i try to copy soul calibur 2 (original ps2 game) and i just comes up with a read area what can i do?

1. read the sticky threads at the top and i bet you will find a guide.
2. I prefer DVD Decrypter (if you are backing up the game from an original disc) and IMGburn if you are just burning the ISO. Never did care too much for Nero when it comes to doing games.

I agree with steimy, I've never had much luck with Nero but DVD Decryptor and Alcohol 120% have always worked flawlessly.
