I have a raw file that is 11 gigs large and I wanted to know a method where i can make the file size significantly smaller. I was looking for a way to take a 42 minute clip around 350mb and keep majority of the quality.

if you have a 42 minute clip that is 350 megs, there's not much quality left, and i certainly don't believe it's in an HD source. what's the format?
