Recently came across this tutorial on how to play backup games without a modchip on v1 xbox's. Anyone try this?

I have tried something similar to this. I had to crack the case on my Xbox. Make two small solders and flash the bios with the 007 game save. After that it works fine without the modchip.

I'm not sure why you needed to crack the xbox case. Supposdly you can do all this without doing anything inside the xbox. You just need a Mega-X key, 007 and all the proper software :D

You need to solder the jumpers on your Xbox to enable your TSOP to be flashable.

Go to the ultimate website X-S and X-S forums look under "No-Modchip Hacks (exploits)" I tried most of the exploits and they all work great.The font exploit have the loop prob.The audio gets around that but need to boot with audio cd(or no audio method).MA claims that it fixed the loop prob.So just choose witch one u want to do.

Tested all the exploits on 1.0-1.3 xbox's

I used this and after flashing with the EXOX. D.6 bios my xbox booted, but after I turned it on again it turned off, then on, and then started flashing red and green colors. How can I fix this?
