armax codelist update through usb pen drive help

dear team i have action replay max cd and i downloaded the max codelist manager from web site and now i got the codelist from it the question i would like to ask is that how to convert the codelist.bin file into action replay.max file because i have a usb pen drive when i put the codelist.bin file in usb and try to send it to memory card through action replay max cd it does not find the file and when i put the action replay.max file it finds so please team try to help me with this matter thanks ............
