hi my sagem box was working fine up until a week ago well the is still working ok but for some reason it won't receive a signal from the remote so as the remote has in the past had quite a mauling from my dogs gnashers i thought it might be time to buy a new remote so i just received it yesterday and it still won't receive a single thing from the new remote
please could some1 give me some advice as to hopefully a common problem and how to fix it thanx reece

sometimes reflashing solves the problem. it worked for me,
