I only gave one code before this last one and I'm not sure how many chances you get with a 6060

You must have entered in the one code twice. The last code is for a 6060

Ok, we're showing the phone to be locked to Optus in Australia and that's why the codes haven't been working. We need the correct information given at the start because we don't like hard locking phones but yours isn't hard locked yet. Does Optus in Australia sound right to you?
