I'm trying to burn a few movies that have "jackets" I dont know if this is the problem or not, but I have DVD Fab Platinum and they won't read rip the files because they say it doesnt have information or something? Any way i can back movies up on DVD5 ?

The jackets shouldn't cause any problems.

No, whenever it tries to load an inserted DVD it says DVDFAB needs blah blah blah email information, please connect to the internet and send us the IFO files... Is there a different way to rip DVD's I have Nero and have tried many other programs but to no prevail.

I already have that, it ripped School for Scoundrels, but won't rip Pursuit of Happyness or The Will Ferrel Fiction movie.

How do I do that, I rented the videos, so I thought maybe the store did something, but then why would SFS work?
