right got my 360 flashed successfully no problem
hve samsung 162 drive flashed with kreon 8.1
hve pioneer 112
programs am using are schtromextract360 and latest version of imgburn 2.3.1.0
extracted game no bother and open imgburn and add the image1 dvd file and burn it through imgburn at 2.4 speed on infiniti dual layers
backs up successfully no problem butit into my 360 and the screen throws up this message
this disc is unreadable
1. clean the disc with a soft cloth
2. restart the console

this does no good
was also told to set the layer break at 1913760
did this and buirned another backup of no good
am told that i have to do book type but do not know or have a clue how to do that
what do i do am really at wits end
plz give me some positive feedback plz

Hey man I had the same exact problem and the same exact programs and same burner. The same thing was happening to me, so I started ripping games with XBC V2.4 and burning them with IMGBurn.. the same version you have, but not at 2.4x. Use either 2x or if your using Verbatims you could even go to 4x. Just my 2 cents..

you could try clonecd to burn them instead.
i had a few coasters with imgburn but the same iso on the same media
done with clone cd worked ok.i won't even try to geuss why but it's worth a shot if you stuck.

My guess would be the booktype/bitsetting is not set to DVD-ROM.

if you have a pioneer 112 burner it should automatically booktype,to confirm put one of your backups in your burner start imgburn wait until it detects the disk and scroll down you will see how the disk was burned, look for Physical Format Information (Last Recorded), look for booktype and it will tell you how your drive burned the disk weather it burned it as a DVD+R DL or DVD-ROM.

some people had problems burning games with imgburn 2.2, i never tried that new version 2.3 ,try burn with clonecd or xbox backup creator or try imgburn 2.1 and you can try burn at 4x

just to confirm make the stealth check to the iso before burning
start xbox backup creator ,click image tools --»stealth check--»choose the iso

or maybe your xbox drive doesn't like those disks
