Ok i semi bircked my psp today and i had to do a recovery on it. When i did it reverted me to 1.5 entirely doesnt seem like HEN is installed but the folders are still there, i tried to upgrade to 3.03 OEC and every time it does to make the DXAR file it starts to intialize goes to 150.p but then it says the file can not be open is there anyone out there that has run across this problem that may know how to fix it?

and dont manually install OE-C ever again....why would you want to raise your chances of bricking it yourself? Hex's winstaller has been tested on a massive amount of psps...

Yup Hex's winstaller is great, he's right. I've used it on multiple psp's with 0 bricks. (knock on wood)
