okay i was one dl.qj.net and i saw this really cool xmb wave...i downloaded it and it only had insturctions for 3.03OE-C (i have oe-a) can someone tell me how to put it on my psp...here the link http://dl.qj.net/index.php?pg=12&fid=13121&catid=114

Go here. Everything you are looking for has a tutorial on how to add those features to your psp.

I reccomend clearing up 2.5mb of your flash0 space by dummying fonts to ensure you do not brick.

Also, you will need to use pspfiler to flash this stuff on your psp since your not at oe-c.
