Can a 2.81 psp be downgraded or upgraded?

yes, look it up on google it's actually quite helpful. you can downgrade to 1.5 then upgrade to the custom fw of your choice-3.03 or 3.10. make sure you find out whether or not your psp has a ta-082 mobo. it makes a difference in which dl and ug programs you'll be using

actually m8, 1.50+ - 2.80 all have downgraders...

the only way you can downgrade a 2.81 - 3.03 psp is with the GTA exploit....you can get the 3.03 downgrader at dl.qj.net......but you need an unpatched version of GTA LCS.......

yes the 3.03 downgrader is compatible with all psp's no matter what motherboard.
it patches your mobo so afterwards it will be just like anyother motherboard

and im pretty sure it doesnt matter if you network update..
