What is the probability that XBOX360 will ever have an internal HD-DVD drive and/or HDMI output connector? I'm fully aware that the addition of either of these will raise the price BTW.

HDMI is already guaranteed and HD-DVD is still up in the air.

yes, they have a new model the 360 elite that has the HDMI output, and comes with a 120GB hard drive instead of the 20GB.
No telling if it can be modded yet. But as far as the internal HD-DVD player i have not seen any word on that, they really do not need to do that since they have the add on one.

Plus you can always download and watch HD-DVD on Xbox Live
