I Dont understand wat a custom firmware excactly does can u use homebrew devices with it and can i get 3.30 OE if my psp is a 3.11 right now and the last question is if u have 3.30 OE can u downgrade to previous Firmwares

We wont know the capabilities of the 3.30 0E until it comes out.
But I do know that CUSTOM firmwares usually can run homebrew.

if you are at firmware 3.10 or above you are out of luck as there is no method of downgrade (which is needed to upgrade to custom fw) so you will just have to wait and see if one ever comes out.

and you are correct cfw do not need iso loaders

the reason they dont like hombrew is because of people like you would rather get a free iso over supporting the game companys who made the games
