I'm trying to use a different providers sim card and it wont let me what's the code?

but I f@#K UP I was so excited that I forgot to take the sim card out so I don't know what to do now, it say' "phone restrictions off" but it wen back to phone restricted (STOP) flashing! so I guess I can't use it I'm going be out of phone now, that's what I get for not reading simple instructions.

your phone should still be ok to use,have you tried a different sim in phone to check, it's still locked?
