I am trying to complete the Mages' Guild Quest "the Bloodworm Helm" I have the helm, I went immediatly to Arch Mage Traven, he asks if i have it, it is in my inventory, but he doesn't see it. I have tried to go after the amulet but i don't have a key (it has dissappeared). I can't drop the helm to reactivate it because it is a quest item. What can i do? i am on Xbox 360. Thanx for any help in advance. :)
