why is it that the Samsung drives have fairly regular updates for Xtreme flashes and all kinds of things have been incorporated like DVD5 etc but the Hitachi doesn't get updates regularly, and can only play DVD9 with all the patches etc. I have a Hitachi and its quite upsetting to have to constantly buy Dual layers for even original Xbox games. Sorry if this has been answered before but i couldn't find anything and i only flashed my drive recently... thanks
