I'm having problems with the PAL version of Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence (MGO).

I have a modded NTSC PS2.

I've tried using the ADR Patcher and the pal2ntsc but neither of them worked (The screen keeps rolling/flickering). Does anyone have any ideas on how to get it to work?

Also, I thought of using a burned Swap Magic to play it, I'm aware that it is pressed, but is there any way to properly burn a Swap Magic?
