I had the same issue with the deal or no deal game.
I managed to get the rip off the disk onto hdd but even copying to a DL disk it still played like crap.
I won't be bothering to try and rip any more interactive DVD's, as I spent 2 days wasting time on it, maybe you should just give in (although I hate to give up and accept defeat)and expect you're the same.
Look at the software function and then look at your source to see if they match. Video with interactive files. What are the file extensions? Now remember that being DVD compliant means a Video_TS folder with IFO, BUP, and VOB files. If you have file extensions other than what's DVD Compliant, then the DVD video backup software isn't going to do the job. As BigDK mentioned, you can play with it for days, but unless it's DVD compliant, it won't work. You might try LOCOENG's suggestion and try burning it as a data disk. I've not tried that one. Why can the factory do it and it works. They press discs, they don't do it with burners and burner software.
Yes, normally what makes it through R4M is compliant. Sometimes it may not have some things, if they're not DVD files. Glad you got it. There's a moratorium on saying the R word. We use R4M when referring to that program. You may want to edit your post accordingly.
