Sonic DVDplus? Can I remove it?

I normally use DVD Shrink, Nero and DvdFAB to back up movies. Lately I keep getting this box saying something about trying to install (?) Sonic DVDplus and how my pc can't do it. I cancel and it keeps trying and popping up. I don't think I ever use Sonic DVDplus or sonic...can I uninstall everything Sonic?

Sure why not since you've never used it.

In control panel - add/remove program uninstall it from there.
None of the programs you listed use it as a burn engine.

Run a registry cleaner too after you uninstall it. Here's a good free one - ccleaner. Use the cleaner and issues options.
