1. If I go to a starbucks or mcdonalds they usually are hotspots , how do i get internet?
2. I am downloading a torrent file when it finishes downloading what will it be ? A folder? , 2 files ? what ?

1. Yes, as long u have a firmware that has an internet browser.

2. Depends, what file u download. It couple of folders, one file, or at least 30 files ...
